It is designed for 50 mm OEM positions in the dashboard or A-pillar, where it works with a woofer in the door. It can also be used as a midrange in 3-way systems, as a surround speaker or as a centre channel where space is tight. It handles 25W continuous (RMS) and 50W peak power at 4Ω.

Key Features

50 mm (2") wide-range driver covering the mid and high frequencies

Frequency response of 150 Hz – 20 kHz, with no crossover point in the mid-high range

Power handling of 25W continuous / 50W peak, 4Ω

Very low distortion for a natural, pleasant listening experience

Aluminium cone with a copper shorting ring

Compact size for 2" OEM positions in the dashboard or A-pillar

Technical Highlights

Because the AP 2 handles both mids and highs, the sound image sits high and wide with no crossover point between a separate midrange and tweeter.
